I’m Brittany Turner, a CPA, CFP® and hold a master’s degree in Taxation. I started Countless back in 2016 in the corner of my (very tiny) NYC living room. Prior to that, I primarily worked at small companies where I wore alllll of the hats (and learned a ton), and also worked in a more corporate environment for ya know, character building. I walked away from my “dream job” because I knew that the same work I was doing for large, private-equity and real estate investors in NYC could be life-changing for small businesses, and I am so glad I did.

I’ve since obtained my CFP® license for no reason other than I just simply love personal finance and enjoy sharing it with anyone who will listen. I know that financial education and empowerment can be deeply healing and regulating. Also, as a fellow business owner, I know it’s not possible to look at a business without looking at the individual and vice-versa.

Here at Countless, we take a holistic and hands-on approach to help clients not only grow their company but also their underlying wealth. I am on a mission to help as many women and first generation wealth builders earn more and save more.

Aside from general advisory work and tax strategy, my specialties include multistate taxation, NYC S corps, forecasting, and acquisitions.

I’m located in Asheville, NC with my adorable little family. When I’m not making money magic for clients, I’m out in nature or tinkering around the house.

Maggie is likely one of the first members of the team you’ll interact with when reaching out to us. As Countless’ resident Jill of All Trades, she wears many hats and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding new clients to tackling tech hiccups, she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. After all, she knows that managing all the little details is what makes a big difference. It should come as no surprise that someone so organized and resourceful comes from a background in science (BS in Environmental Science and Resource Management).

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Maggie now calls the Sacramento area home. In her free time, you’ll likely find her doing something to nurture her physical, mental, or spiritual well-being, whether that’s car camping in the mountains, reading and writing, or simply loving on her cat and dog. A fan of music and movies (there’s almost always something playing in the background when she’s home), she also enjoys exploring all things woo-woo. Let’s talk astrology, babe! With her love of efficiency, endless curiosity, and appreciation for the unconventional, Maggie is a perfect fit for our rag-tag group of amazing accounting professionals.

May Chan appreciates the beauty found in organization and order – she has always loved the process of organizing things in ways that produce something meaningful. Naturally, she fell head over heels for accounting. After earning her BBA in Accountancy from Georgia State University, May entered into corporate accounting at one of the Big 4, then got into asset management, then accounting research and policy, and then discovered she was really bored with corporate accounting. It was then she discovered bookkeeping and her love affair with accounting was rekindled. May also found that she loved working with small businesses – so much more than the faceless corporations where she had gotten her start. Turns out that organizing things for other people is really rewarding (who knew!?!?).

And if working with Countless wasn’t enough awesomeness for one person, May now lives in Florida … right near the beach, riding out her free time with books, nature, family, and, of course, organizing the world around her.

Alexandria initially believed her professional calling was to work within the vineyards and cellars of the wine industry, but it turned out she is truly her mother’s daughter and the call to accounting was even stronger than her love of a great Grenache. It was as a student at Washington State University Alexandria first discovered that, when it came to her future career, her love of numbers outweighed her love of libations. Two required college courses (and Alexandria’s strong relationship with her CPA mother) was all it took to lure her into the realm of public accounting. She’s now a licensed CPA, having received her license in June 2024. We’ll toast to that!

Alexandria loves spending time with her husband, Dallas, and their daughter, Austen, who is the main focus of her time outside of work. She also enjoys spending time with her first best friend – mom – at their home in Lewiston, ID. Away from the books, she always finds moments for wine tastings and dinners with friends.

Karrie’s professional journey has taken a few interesting turns along the way. After earning her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, she began her career at a Fortune 500 company, working in its accounting center, where she gained experience in accounts receivable and cash operations. Although her degree was in marketing, her growing interest in accounting eventually led her back to the classroom. Karrie returned to school at Mercer University, where she earned her accounting degree and set her sights on becoming a Certified Public Accountant. She has been a licensed CPA since 2021.



Today, Karrie is a Senior Tax Accountant at Countless, where she combines her technical expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of tax planning and compliance. Her work includes individual and business tax preparation, tax projections, strategic planning, and helping business owners make informed financial decisions. She particularly enjoys building client relationships, solving complex problems, and finding practical solutions to challenging tax situations.



Outside the office, Karrie is a proud mom and enthusiastic supporter of her teenage daughter’s track pursuits. She’s also a devoted pet mom to three furry companions, Mocha, Coffee Bean, and Java. When she’s not working, Karrie enjoys traveling and discovering new places, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves expressing her creative side through home decorating and DIY projects. Whether she’s hiking a new trail, planning her next adventure, or tackling a project around the house, Karrie enjoys finding new ways to explore, create, and experience life.

Unlike many accountants, Kristy didn’t stumble into the field through a required class, a side job, or an unexpected love of spreadsheets. She knew from the first time she learned about accounting that it was the path for her, and that certainty stuck. She earned her Accounting degree from Louisiana Tech University in just three years, then went on to earn her MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. At Countless, Kristy enjoys helping business owners zoom out, see the big picture in their financials, and use what they find there to build sound strategies for what comes next. She leverages her deep passion for accounting to the benefit of her clients. Yeah, it’s kinda perfect.

Born in Louisiana and raised as an Air Force brat, Kristy has lived in Arizona, Alaska, Germany, and now Missouri, where she and her retired-Air-Force husband have planted roots. When she’s not ferrying four kids to sporting events, she makes time for gardening, reading, crafting, and hanging out with two dogs and two goats—an excellent supporting cast, if you ask us!

Miranda brings a uniquely hands-on path to her work as a Tax Accountant at Countless. She began her career as a cosmetologist, but when she was recruited to help with the books at her salon, she discovered a love for tracking down missing pieces and getting everything to line up. While working at the salon full time during the day and attending school full time at night, Miranda built her accounting career from bookkeeper to accountant, tax manager, office manager, and Enrolled Agent. She enjoys the problem-solving side of accounting and helping clients bring clarity and order to their financial picture.

Miranda lives in the Texas countryside on a small acreage with her large family, including six children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, the outdoors, a little farming, gardening, and tending flower beds. Oh, and she kept her cosmetology license, because she still loves doing hair … is there a package option for bookkeeping + blowout? 🙂

Kayla is no stranger to numbers – you could say she grew up with them all around her. As a lifelong resident of Las Vegas and a working accountant in the “city that never sleeps,” numbers have always been a presence in her life. Though, it wasn’t luck that brought her to our offices … it was family. Kayla first discovered her love for bookkeeping in high school while interning for the accounting firm where her grandmother worked. Kayla had a natural talent and found something appealing about getting lost in the numbers for hours on end. She went on to earn her master’s degree in accounting and is working towards becoming a CPA. She brings with her experience in the accounting field since 2017, and all of that desert sunshine just seems to radiate out in her client interactions.

Outside of the office, the glitz and glam of her hometown are the furthest things from her thoughts – Kayla loves the outdoors and prefers camping, traveling, and adventuring to the big lights of the Las Vegas Strip. She’d much rather enjoy the company of her dogs, friends, and family than anything else.

From the vibrant streets of Los Angeles to the glittering skyline of Las Vegas, Kitty Rivera has navigated her world with a zest for adventure and a flair for numbers. After a serendipitous meeting with an accounting firm owner while working in the hospitality industry, Kitty was inspired to switch her focus from hospitality to Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. Now, with over eight years in public and private accounting, she’s a seasoned pro at transforming financial chaos into order. Kitty thrives on providing clarity and insight, easing the financial burdens of her clients, and giving them the freedom to focus on their passions. “I really enjoy the feeling of catharsis after solving puzzles and making sense of all things numbers.”

Beyond her desk, Kitty’s life is a tapestry of travel, music, yoga, and mindfulness. She revels in exploring new music spots with her husband, finding tranquility in meditation, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Overall, whether decoding complex financial data or balancing the books, Kitty finds profound fulfillment in making numbers work for wellness.

Katie joins the Countless team with more than 20 years of progressive experience in public and corporate accounting, bringing a calm, seasoned perspective to small business finances. She’s supported companies through everything from routine month-end closes to complex reporting and loves being the steady partner who helps business owners feel confident in their numbers. At Countless, Katie focuses on turning raw financial data into clear, actionable insights, tying the story of what’s actually happening in a business’s operations to what the financials are telling so clients can make decisions without second guessing themselves.

Based in Cole Camp, Missouri, Katie’s life outside the spreadsheet is full of kids’ practices, sporting events, and training sessions. When she isn’t supporting clients, she’s competing in endurance events, from triathlons to fun fitness races, and always looking for the next challenge.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Kayla Rickard has always been immersed in a world where creativity meets commerce. With local entrepreneurs and vibrant artists as her backdrop, she ventured into business studies with a clear mission: to support the dreams of small businesses and indie creators. While she initially thought marketing or graphic design would capture her heart, it was the surprising allure of accounting that truly resonated with her. The required courses she once dreaded soon became the foundation of her newfound passion for numbers and organization. Today, Kayla has transformed that passion into bookkeeping, where she revels in the art of transforming raw data into polished financial reports. She thrives on making the entrepreneurial journey smoother for her clients, ensuring their creative visions are supported by solid financial structures.

Off the books, Kayla indulges in her own creative pursuits—from crafting artisan soaps that could easily be mistaken for decadent desserts to drawing and writing. Whether she’s curled up with a good book, enjoying a movie, or spending quality time with friends and family, Kayla’s life is a vivid tapestry of numbers, narrative, and imagination.

Originally drawn to baking and dreams of running her own business (because pastries, duh), Kerianne discovered accounting in her final year of college and quickly realized how much she enjoyed connecting the dots and finding those “eureka” moments when everything finally comes together. With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Italian, Kerianne is currently pursuing a dual MBA and Master of Professional Accounting at Eastern Washington University with the goal of becoming a CPA. At Countless, Kerianne is a staff accountant who brings a puzzle‑solver’s mindset to small business finances. Combining a love of organization and attention to detail with a genuine care for her clients’ success, she helps clients demystify the numbers so they can focus on growing their businesses.

Kerianne hails from southern Washington but now calls northern Oregon home. Her life outside the ledger is full of family, projects, and time outdoors. She and her husband tackle house remodeling adventures, she proudly embraces her role as aunty, and she can usually be found reading, baking, cooking, or finding a new project to dive into.

Alyssa grew up just outside Chicago, earning her bachelor’s degree in finance from Elmhurst University. While she studied a wide range of financial topics, it was her accounting coursework, paired with a few inspiring professors, that sparked her passion for the field. She found herself drawn to the structure, the problem-solving, and the patterns in the numbers, realizing accounting was more than a skill set, it was a career she wanted to pursue. At Countless, she brings that same energy to helping clients stay organized, uncover insights, and feel confident in their finances.

Now living in Palm Harbor, Florida, Alyssa embraces life in the sunshine. She loves golfing with her boyfriend’s family, catching Chicago Cubs games whenever she can, and spending time at the beach or pool. Outside of sports, she enjoys concerts, board games, and card nights with her friends and family.
